January 2008 -
PAIC completes record
year. Initial indications show
that 2007 was the most successful year since PAIC
was founded in 1999. Premium growth,
underwriting results and expansion throughout
Tennessee caused the Company to announce a new
Agent compensation plan with up to 27% commission
available for producers.

November 2007 -
New rates and rules expand program
discounts and coverage. The
Company announced filing of an expanded program
which highlights the desire to write additional
business in the Preferred, Standard and
Non-standard markets. The filing to be
effective in 2008 provides competitive rates,
enhanced discounts and a multi-tier rating
plan.

September 2007 -
PAIC announces plan to appoint
Independent Agents throughout
Tennessee. The Company has
targeted top producers to provide a new Agency
Branded web sales tool. The new service
extends PAIC's advanced systems capabilities to the
agency force to attract and keep new customers via
online marketing. Jeff Kelley, President
said, " This new approach will assist Agents in
competing with Direct Writers by offering a true
